1. TEXTILE SELECTION & DURABILITY BENCHMARKS
Every piece in our catalog is benchmarked against strict standards of fabric weight, tactile comfort, and longevity:
- Heavyweight Density & Drape: We prioritize substantial, heavy-count cottons (ranging from 180 GSM for subtropical breathability up to 240+ GSM for structural brutalist drape).
- Ring-Spun & Combed Fibers: Utilizing tightly combed cotton that eliminates scratchy short fibers, ensuring an ultra-smooth finish against the skin and an elite canvas for artwork.
- Structural Reinforcement: Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems, shoulder-to-shoulder neck taping, and quarter-turned construction to eliminate center crease distortion.
2. INK & DECORATION CALIBRATION
Printed via state-of-the-art Kornit DTG printers utilizing vegan, water-based, non-hazardous NeoPigment inks. The inks are cured directly into the cotton fibers for high washing fastness, resisting cracking and color degradation over repeated cycles.
3. ARCHIVAL PRESERVATION & CARE
- Wash Cycle: Turn garment inside-out. Machine wash cold (30°C / 85°F) with like dark colors.
- Detergent: Gentle, non-bleach detergents. Avoid harsh softeners that degrade screen cured layers.
- Drying: Line dry or hang dry in shade for optimal drape retention. If tumble drying, use low heat.
- Ironing: Never apply direct heat or iron over printed artwork. Cool iron inside-out if required.
