We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return for a defective item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. International shipping times vary by destination.
MYTHIC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
