RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW: 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery date.
1. CONDITIONAL CRITERIA
To preserve collection hygiene and archival fabric integrity, all returned items must satisfy these conditions:
- Garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance or wear markings.
- All original packaging, interior tags, and collectible drop cards must remain fully intact.
2. TRANSIT & RETURN POSTAGE LIABILITY
- Standard / Preference Returns: Return transit shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipment: If an item arrives compromised, Mythic Worldwide covers 100% of return transit costs with a prepaid return dispatch label.
- Restocking Surcharge: $0.00 (No restocking fees are ever levied).
3. REFUND DISBURSEMENT
Approved refunds are transmitted back to the original funding method via the Stripe Gateway within 3 to 5 banking business days following warehouse inspection.
4. INITIATING A RETURN
Transmit an inquiry with your Order ID and photographic proof (if damaged) to worldwidemythic@gmail.com.
